  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of purchase.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery Locations

  • Our delivery service covers the UK mainland. For deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands or islands), additional delivery times and charges may apply.

  • We currently do not offer international delivery.

Receiving Your Order

  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for larger or high-value items.

Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

  • If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
